|  | FNC Speaker, German Envoy discuss cooperation tiesNov 7, 2009 - 05:42 - WAM Dubai, Nov 07th, 2009 (WAM)--The Speaker of the Federal National Council (FNC) HH Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair discussed with German Ambassador to UAE Klaus Peter Brandes, here at the branch office of the FNC, the ways to bolster the cooperation and friendship ties between the two countries in different fields, particularly the parliamentary relations.
The meeting also discussed the programme of the visit of the FNC Speaker and the UAE delegation to Germany in November on invitation from his German counterpart. Al Ghurair stressed the importance of mutual visits of members of parliament to enhance the relations between the two countries.
Al Ghurair stressed the strength of ties between the UAE and Germany due to the support from the leadership in both countries and the leadership keenness to further enhance the ties, including the economic and trade areas. He referred to the trade exchange and investments in both countries.
